2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Empire Word Digital's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Empire Word Digital's website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Services

Empire Word Digital provides the following digital services:

• Video Editing
• Vibe Coding (Web Development)
• Server Management
• Media Buying
• YouTube Ads
• Content Editing

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Provide necessary materials and access for project completion
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Make timely payments as per the agreed terms

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, payments are required as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients will own the final deliverables as specified in the service agreement. Empire Word Digital retains the right to use completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any pre-existing materials, templates, or tools used remain the property of Empire Word Digital.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation continues even after the termination of services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Empire Word Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Uttar Pradesh for the resolution of any disputes.

11. Changes to Terms

Empire Word Digital reserves the right to revise these terms of service at any time. By using this website and our services, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these terms of service.
